Participants will learn practical strategies for addressing challenging topics while maintaining professionalism, supporting supervisee development, and fostering a healthy supervisory relationship.

- Apply effective communication and conflict-resolution strategies to address difficult supervision topics while maintaining appropriate boundaries, accountability, and respect.
- Develop practical approaches for navigating challenging supervisory conversations that promote supervisee growth, professional development, and a healthy supervision relationship.
