The Play God’s Way program by Cord of 3 equips counselors with Christ-centered play therapy techniques to help children and families heal, grow, and thrive. Designed for professionals passionate about integrating faith and proven therapeutic methods, this certification program offers hands-on training, expert instruction, and a transformative approach to counseling.
Fall 2026 Cohort – Begins September 18, 2026
This Cohort will include 12 monthly trainings on the third Friday of each month from September 18, 2026 through August 2027.

Mission:
Mission: Play God’s Way is a Christ-centered, Biblically-based play therapy model designed to address the mental health needs of children and families. Our mission is to protect and preserve the God-ordained institution of the family by equipping mental health professionals with faith-integrated therapeutic tools rooted in Scripture.

What Sets This Training Apart:

Comprehensive Certification: A 60-hour certification program that equips clinicians to effectively integrate a Biblical worldview into play therapy practices.

Please Note: This training does not lead to the Registered Play Therapist (RPT) credential but will apply to CEU's as approved by LPCA-GA and NBCC.
If you do not attend the training, the materials from the training will not be able to be provided to you.
Bio Information: Stacie C. Norman, PhD, LPC, CPCS
Dr. Stacie Norman is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia where she serves as a counselor and training center coordinator for Cord of 3 Counseling Services. She graduated from Liberty University with a MA in Professional Counseling and Capella University with a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision. She has received over 150 education hours and 30+ hours of supervision in play therapy. Throughout her career, she has served students in families, school mental health settings, the juvenile probation system, and the foster care system. She developed Play God’s Way to meet a need for Christian counselors to be better equipped to serve families that desire counseling services from a faith-based perspective.
